Online Classes

Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays at 10am (Zoom)

Please contact me if you want to join in 07832963335 or lizh19.yoga@gmail.com

The classes are an hour long and include a range of techniques to support your wellbeing including breathwork , Body Clock Flow and meditation in addition to the physical postures which will aim to increase your strength, flexibility and improve your focus and posture. The first half of the class is a standing (or seated) practice consisting of breathwork and Qi Gong. There is an option to leave the class at the end of 30 minutes. We then move onto more traditional Yoga poses moving onto our mats. The class ends with a lovely, restorative relaxation.

We work on the energy and meridian lines for each season, supporting the organs that are associated with that season by activating their meridian lines through our yoga postures.

My aim is that you will leave the class feeling much better than you did before class! Classes cater for all levels and abilities.

Preparing for your Zoom Class

Have your mat, blanket and cushion to ready, we also use a belt sometimes (yoga belt, scarf or dressing gown belt are ideal). A yoga block is also handy but if you don’t have one you can improvise with a hardback book! Turn your phone onto silent and enjoy this hour of self care.

Feel free to have your camera off or on, your choice.

The waiting room for the class is open 15 minutes before the class begins. Please log on and get ready to start at 10am

Cost for two classes a week £30 and £20 for one class a week per Calendar month. All classes are recorded and you can request a recording if you are unable to attend.
